FOUNTAIN AUTO MALL SOLD ME A LEMON !!THE LAST WEEK OF JAN 2025, I BOUGHT A USED CAR FROM **** AT FOUNTAIN AUTO MALL. SUSPICIOUSLY THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER DRIVING IT HOME.THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER NEEDED REPLACING AMOUNG OTHER THINGS. THE MANAGER WAS UNRESPONSIVE AND REFUSED TO PAY A NICKEL OR HELP IN ANY WAY. I WENT TO A MECHANIC WHO SAID THE COST TO REPAIR WAS GREATER THAN THE VALUE OF THE CAR...AND THAT THE CAR WAS INOPERABLE !!!!STAY AWAY FROM FOUNTAIN AUTO MALL. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY.

I purchase a truck from Fountain Auto Mall, custom made in 2018. April 2019 it arrived, a 2019 GMC Sierra ****** spanking new. The sold me an extra warranty and all was paid for with no issues. A year later, the truck the truck stared to skip and act funny and will bring it up on my oil changes and check *** but they never found anything about it. I ran normal to the technicians. In April 2023 took my buick envision suv in for service. Dealt with what I thought was a service manager named Christy. I bought my vehicle there for 2 reasons my rear a/c had went out for the 3rd time since I bought this vehicle brand new from them in 2018. Now keep in mind my vehicle only has 22000 miles on it. My sunroof shade had stopped working, and yes I do have an extended warranty on this vehicle. I was told by Christy that gm would pay for my sunroof shade since the extended warranty refused to pay for the sunshade.... read more

Dropped my 2012 GMC Serria off for the Air Bag and says it needs service. I find out that there is a recall of the air bag. I asked if they could look at an oil leak and change the oil since I was leaving it for a week while I was out of town. They fixed the oil leak and changed the oil and told me my vehicle was ready. I went to pick up the truck and the air bag light is still on and still says service the air bag. I asked the service advisor, she went back to ask the tech. I would love to start by saying that I had a great experience with my salesperson(Mari ***). Here's what my complaint is about. They have a VERY bad maintenance/ mechanic shop. I bought a 2013 BMW M5 on 4/3/2021. I drove it from Orlando, Fl to Chesterfield, Va. Around 850 trip. On 4/6/2021 the engine light came on and the car was in limp mode. Luckily I was close to my house and was able to drive it home. That afternoon I called a local BMW specialty shop and they where able to fit me in for an inspection that Friday morning... read more
