I’ve lived at Foundry Yards a little over a year and strongly advise anyone against leasing an apartment in this building. I’d like to preface this by saying I blame Allegiant-Carter, the owner of the building, for all the issues I have listed below. The people working in the office are really just trying to do their best. Security is a major issue. The doors to the building are constantly broken. If I could give Foundry Yard Apartments zero stars, I would. Living here for two years was one of the most frustrating renting experiences I've ever had, and it only got worse after I moved out. Despite leaving my apartment in immaculate condition, I was hit with a $350 "cleaning" charge after move-out. The lease specifically discusses cleaning charges for areas that are left excessively dirty, yet the apartment was spotless. Update ********* 6/9/26 Management contacted me and talked to me about the issues I have been having and the steps they are taking to ensure they are fixed. I appreciate them following up. No apartment complex is perfect. Thank you to everyone for providing such a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. My daughter called and expressed that she wanted to move soon. From the moment she called, Melaka, acted quickly and efficiently, and she was able to move in very fast.
