They manage the building I work in off Sunday drive in Raleigh. We have frequent issues.. HVAC breaks all the time and management just duct tapes it with a cheap fix, so it inevitably breaks again. My key to get in the building randomly stopped working so they provided me with a replacement key which also didn’t work, significant waste of time. Not a fan..
Inquired about a property and got no response.
Very hard to get in contact with anyone there, you will just get send to a recording of their agent, if you leave messages, they will not response. The prompt will always send you to a voicemail that will never response to your property inquires. Maybe I am not lucky enough to get to a response with my thousand tries on three different listed numbers, but maybe it is for the best.
