OBA reached out to me to service a sump pump that I had installed the prior year. The technician, Mitchell ********* arrived on time and had excellent communication before, during and after service about what was being done and why. He also provided a lot of information about OBA, including their business and service philosophies as well as additional services and opportunities available to me in the future. I definitely feel like I have resource for any basement issues or projects going forward.

I had three different estimates. Ohio Basment Authority was the most professional of them all. Patrick came and took the measurements and gave me several different options.
