Met with a field representative(Steve ********* today about a large horizontal crack in a basement block wall. Allowed me to survey the situation with him and thoroughly went over the options for repair. he then said he needed to complete a physical assessment that would allow him to make a recommendation on what repair would be needed. When completed, he detailed his assessment and went over all that would need to be done. Also offered me the option to move whatever would be in the way to lower the cost. Trenton and Christian were very professional, kept me posted about the delay on the previous project. Arrived at 2:30 pm and left at 6:30 pm after the job was complete to my satisfaction. We were pleased with the customer service, skill set and careful attention provided by Indiana Foundation during last week's waterproofing work on our basement. Josh ******* and Noah ********* were diligent in their attention to our questions and concerns, going the extra mile to ensure a quality installation that met our needs. Our basement is already drier and we hope to build it out for a play/rec room soon.

The installation crew, Foreman ****** CO ****** and installers Ricardo and Randain were amazing! They were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable about their system, friendly, and very hard working. They went above and beyond to complete the installation without cutting my hardwood floors. Great teamwork and Edgar demonstrated great leadership leading by example.
