I would give them 0 stars! They take a long time to follow up on problems that came up after their work was “completed”. We’re still having problems. We spent ******* and our initial problem still exists as well as some new ones. We call and nothing happens, no one follows through. We have taken days off work, one time they didn’t even show up! I have to travel an hour to my cottage (where the work is being done).

David came out to inspect my basement, where I had water issues. He fully inspected the basement, inside and out. He then explained what remedies he proposed. The system he explained to me was something I have never seen, but was very impressive. I need to further investigate financing options, but I will definitely consider Baker in deciding how to proceed.
