Kyle and his team did a great job running several hundred feet of drainage tile and installing new sump pit and pumps. His team was cohesive and dedicated to finishing job within estimate under dismal weather conditions. Always courteous and helpful in answering any questions. CudoÂ’s to him, Derek, Tanner, Branden and Larry. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Steve N*** is amazing! He took his time inspecting inside and under my house and gave me a very detailed report with lots of pictures. He explained everything that needed to be repaired, how AFS would take care of the problems, and how much it would cost. He was very personable and easy to talk to and also very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend AFS and Steve N***!

I needed a foundation inspection due to a loud banging noise in my crawl space. They sent out Mr. Rick ******* who was professional, knowledgeable, personable and on time! He crawled through my spider web ridden, dirt floor, tiny crawl space and spent time inspecting everything. He was honest and said he did not see any structural issues and suggested I call an HVAC/heating/plumbing company and to request a very experienced tech to look and my systems. Complete Basement Systems tried to sell me $12,000 upgrades including a sump pump to address minor cracks that I had in my crawlspace foundation. An honest contractor filled the cracks for $250. BUYER BEWARE
