Robert was very professional and presentable. He walked me through the annual inspection process before and after the scheduled work as well as offered additional service extensions and the insulated trapped door option, which IÂ’m interested in.

Professional rep and company, questionable business ethics in my opinion. During the phase of getting multiple quotes (as I told them) I was pressured into a same day only deal to get 10% off, which i found out is not a thing with other companies that don't spike their initial price to give an appearance of a bargain. Having a big project that would've helped and I was told I could cancel if I changed my mind. We had a fantastic experience with Ohio Basement Authority, who we called on to repair two areas in our poured concrete wall that were leaking water during moderate to heavy rain.
