Talked me into a gas truck instead of a diesel. When I went to trade it in a month later, they helped me find one but gave me 8k less on my truck and charged me sticker on the diesel. Now every time I try and call to schedule a service appointment I get 15 minutes of wait messages and end up giving up. Super unorganized.
We talked to 5 other dealerships, visited 4 of them, and we were most impressed with Medved Chevrolet. The process was straightforward and smooth. I literally never thought I would buy a Chevy and now I'm actively suggesting my friends visit Medved if they're in the market for a new car. Amazing.
