The service center was so beyond rude to my father. Joel had no interest in listening or caring about the situation. My father had brought in his truck several times for the same issue and it was never fixed. I warn you if your car is one hour out of warranty they won't help you. Get all of your documentation because these ppl like to "skip" taking notes in the system. They've lost our business for life.

Been to two dealerships last two days! Medved by far the worst! No one knowledgeable!! Over priced and over rated! Only nice thing about visit was sales guy. Back to GMC !!!
