Called the parts dept around 4:40ish found out my 2012 Cadillac cts has 2 different rear windows ... asked for info on it & part no. And idiot over phone refused to help me saying he can't give out part numbers ... and said supervisor was unavailable... after I asked for his name ? Gave me a bogus part number ... which I confirmed with Stevenson Chevy ... I ordered window thru Stevenson Chevy.... My hats off to that idiot that works there ... I've meet nicer people at McDonald's.....
I recently purchased a Cadillac from Jerry J. who has been with Medved for years. He was extremely polite and has been very helpful with all my questions even after the Purchase! I think John Medved has created a good quality organization.
Kenny Ritz is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. No pressure and very helpful, we got what we wanted and was in and out with no bull. I would recommend him over and over.
Jason in service is a 5 star, very knowledgeable and does what I ask, in a reasonable time I rated Medved a 4 star, because of new purchase experience and very disappointed in expensive tonneau cover they sold me, its pretty much useless after 4 years
RecommendedI bought my Escalade from Medved and had it serviced there since I've owned it. They have done a good, honest job with the maintenance and I have no complaints whatsoever.
ALL the Service Staff are Great, especially Joel he provided great support & customer service, I've been coming to Medved for service for MANY years always received quality service.
They are false ads and people that work there are false
