We bought our second car from Medved and as we drove up into the lot in our first new car we bought in february, David Hoppe saw us through his window and came to greet us. Off in the distance one car caught my eye and when I asked him about it he said hold on...let me grab the keys. And in a couple hours we were driving away as the owners of it ...my husband and I. Great service. Great salesman.
RecommendedEverything was great except for the fact that when I made the appt I was told my service was one price and then when it was time to pay it was another price. The difference was only about 15 bucks but still it wasn't what they quoted.
Bought our third car from Medved last Friday. Got a beautiful 2016 Red Equinox LTZ. It was a demonstrator as they had a limited selection of AWD 6 cylinders. We started with John Heartso because we had spoken with him earlier. He was busy with another customer so turned us over to Alicia Salas. She did a great job and is very knowledgeable about her products. We were in and out of the dealership in just under 4 hoiurs, one of the fastest car purchases ever for us. Thanks Alicia and Saif in Finance.
Obviously some people have trouble following simple directions. That may speak to their less than satisfied experience. We've bought 4 vehicles from Medved Wheatridge. We drive past at least 4 Chevy dealers to get to Medved and they have always made us feel we got a very fair deal. Mike Chase is our rep and took good care of us.

I bought my car at Medved. Not a first one. Most of the time I was satisfied with services . Little glitches here and there, but overall satisfied. Got last car in for recall service, second time. Medved provided courtesy car, I did not missed a day at work and so far so good. I will be back to upgrade my ride. Thank you.
