This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from Medved Wheatridge, which speaks volumes in itself, always had great service. This time with Kat Wong, if you want an awesome and very informed salesperson she is your girl, I feel she is the most informed person I have bought a car from. And if you have a service request/need, Doug is your man, I just think he is wonderful! Every vehicle I have owned from there, Doug has always been an honest and refreshing service advisor to deal with.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Worst dealership ever. Not only because they don't know what they're talking about.. but once the dealer noticed that we knew that he didn't know what he's talking about , he started de-grading my mom and I. I don't even care whether he was able to trade in my car for something or not, you never go off and say "you're never gonna understand anything no matter how many times I tell you." I purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze!!! Beautiful car!! The experience was the best. It is the second purchase I have made at Medved and very satisfied...Ian Ferguson was my salesman and you couldn't ask for anyone better! He was there every step of the way, answered every question, shared a few laughs and he gave a tour of the dealership, explaining all the services available. Stay away from this place! They quoted me $380 to replace an ignition switch in my hummer.I found the switch for $30 at autozone and put it in myself in their parking lot in 10 minutes! They are not into helping people, they will charge you the most they can every time! Damn near criminal!
You guy's are the worst customer service I have ever delt with.
