Great place I don't believe anyone enjoys going to the dentist, but the people at Forum make it a better experience. I need some more work done and as soon as the place I went to before gets my X-ray to them I will be going back.

This by far is the greatest dentist I have been through. Katy was so very patient and helpful with making sure we had all our information. Dental assistant works very well with children and the dentist is wonderful.
