I went in for a crown and left there with a huge chunk of my tongue cut off. I had several cuts on the inside of cheek. They ripped the corner of my mouth from pulling to get their fingers and instruments in. Worst experience of my life. The dentist was so rough with me. Gagged me several times. I have had a really bad experience recently with this office. They didn't used to be so bad. I made appointments for my entire family about 6 weeks ago for routine cleanings. They will only do two family members at a time and we have six people. Yesterday they call to confirm, but I had to send the call to VM because I was in a work meeting. Forum Dental should be called Forum Dental Artist. They magically have changed my smile! Not only are they professional they are also kind and give information about what they are doing at every step. I would recommend them to anyone, even my Mom.

Dr. Merkley and staff did a fantastic job taking care of my dental needs for my new crowns. What a difference in appearance it made in my smile! I seriously cannot stop looking in the mirror!
