Excellent facilities! The staff are very friendly! Wonderful place for kids!
Got me in on time. Took care and did not rush. Explained what they were going to do.
Dr Merkley is absolutely a outstanding amazing dentist. He is very knowledgeable to dentistry field. He has the most amazing bedside manners and can make you feel like he has known you your whole life. He is great with kids. He took my daughters anxiety and made it nonexistent. Everyone from my husband, to all of my kids like him very much. Any practice would be absolutely lucky to have him in their office.
I am extremely scared of the dentist but they do everything to try to make me comfortable. Highly recommend.
Simply, one could not possibly expect better care, compassion, and professionalism than provided by Forum Dental! Dr. Lake, and his exceptional staff, have provided me with a wonderful experience and excellent results! I could not be more pleased...and thankful!!
