Went in for my cleaning and it was fondly promptly and efficiently. Hygienist and Dr. Lake were very informative and friendly. I recommend each very highly.
No more pain! I broke my tooth in half laterally on Friday and had to wait until Monday to find a dentist to pull that tooth and stop the discomfort it was causing. I called Forum Dental and they scheduled an appointment for me that same day. I went in a bit early for my appointment to fill out the usual forms. Following that I waited about 15 minutes to be taken to an exam room and readied for the dentist to see me. Forum Dental is an awesome place. I have been receiving my dental care there for almost a year. I have been to other dentist in the area, but this place is the most affordable with the best dentist anywhere. The staff is friendly and caring. They have different dentist depending on the day of the week. I have met three of the dentists and they have all been professional and friendly. I needed a crown reset. Dr. Alvarez did an excellent job. I would not go anywhere except Forum Dental.

Job well done!!!!!! *This was my 3rd. visit with Dr. Lake. Twice in St Robert and once in Lebanon. Has always been very profesional. .The thing I like as well is he has a nice since of humor.As well as being straight-forrward about what he thinks is best for you. as well as telling you the pro's and con's of each. People like that are easy to work with. I have decided to have a bridge done by him for those reasons even though it's 30 miles away.

Excellent experience Abigail was amazing and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions. I was extremely nervous. She went above and beyond in my comfort. She is the reason I'll be back in the future. Dr. Lake is great as well. I highly recommend Forum Dental.
