Gave us wrong prescription and Dr threw instruments in sink and walked out on our 7yr old. Dr. Jeremy at family dental has been amazing and i highly recommend them.
My kids and I love going to Forum! They are very friendly and go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
Very accommodating. They fit me in same day for a cleaning right after my daughter's appointment. My daughter has some slight fear of the dentist and her hygienist was extremely patient and kind. Definitely recommend!
I could not be happier after my former dental office closed, and friends referred me to Forum Dental. The reception people always greet patients with a smile and are most accommodating in making future appointments and with billing information. The dental staff is also welcoming and thorough with cleanings and dental procedures. All is prefaced with clear explanations which I appreciate.
