RecommendedGreat service. The staff are great.
Today I had an appointment and forgot to bring my new insurance card. I couldn't even remember who my new insurance company was. I told the young lady at the desk just go ahead and bill me for the full thing. A few minutes later, she tells me your insurance is with Met Life and I've updated your profile. I didn't ask her to look, I took full responsibility that I would just pay the full bill and yet she did old-style real-world customer service and without any prompting.
I hardly ever write reviews or fill out these surveys, and NEVER give out all perfect marks... Forum in St. Robert deserves the highest and more. I have never received better customer service from a medical practitioner. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor on site was not just friendly, they seemed excited to meet me and have me there. All my questions were answered and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

I’ve had a few things done, and still have a few to go. Dr. H has been so awesome! She is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. She takes her time, makes sure I’m comfortable, and talks to me throughout procedures. I still get very nervous, but she does everything she can to help me through it. I have had no issues with anyone up there! Everyone has been super nice and helpful!
I highly recommend Dr. H she is really good and really nice. good job 👍. Good customer service too.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. H!!! My son had 2 fillings with her today and did so great and I give Dr. H credit for how sweet she is and how she explained everything she was doing to him to ease his nerves. My son has had fillings by another dentist at Forum in the past month and at both appointments with her he was in stress and pain and she somewhat shamed him for that and acted like it was inconvenient for her to be there.
