Growing up in Shanghai, China and living in Vancouver, British Columbia brought about the beginnings of Lucy Yong's love for authentic Chinese Cuisine. After moving to Dallas, Lucy dearly missed her favorite Chinese specialties she had loved so much. Lucy dreamed of bringing the real thing to DFW and decided she must make it happen. The fried pork buns are my #1 reason to come here- it's a cross between a soup dumplings and a bun. The crisp sesame bottom contrasting with the soft top, filled with soup and meat- simply delicious! I love their soup dumplings too but this is my fav. The mapo tofu was also good, but it was missing Sichuan peppercorns . Overall- very good!
The duck was the most delicious thing I've ever tasted in the fowl category. I'll swap my thanksgiving turkey for their duck in a heartbeat!
Best Chinese restaurant on the west side of the ND Tollway. Great dumplings and Shanghai style dishes.
