Growing up in Shanghai, China and living in Vancouver, British Columbia brought about the beginnings of Lucy Yong's love for authentic Chinese Cuisine. After moving to Dallas, Lucy dearly missed her favorite Chinese specialties she had loved so much. Lucy dreamed of bringing the real thing to DFW and decided she must make it happen. Visited Fortune House with my Taiwanese friends. Shanghai cuisine. We had a feast. Green beans, Dim Sung, Sticky Rice (of course), a mildly spiced ToFu dish, Odon noodles, Sweet n Spicy beef, and my favorite Shrimp pineapple with a sauce and caramelized walnuts. Worst customer experience ever, avoid at all cost!!! I've never left a bad-review on any restaurant before, but this place. The level of arrogance and ignorance from the restaurant manager is out of this world. Not a hint of respect what so ever. When it's busy time, they treat you like enemies and constantly get into arguments with customers. Will never coming back to this place again and I suggest you do the same.
