Other than the poor service, they brought our food to the wrong table. And it wasn’t exactly as I requested. We’ve been to this restaurant countless times. Each time they would apologize for the slow service because it’s busy. Yes, it’s been full or almost full each time. But if they can’t handle the orders when the restaurant is just to capacity, it would be quite interesting what will happen if they’re REALLY busy. This is an absolute waste of time. We drove an hour for the soup dumplings & we were not disappointed.
Best authentic Chinese Food I’ve ever found in the US. After traveling to China extensively over the last 24 years, I was able to taste some of my favorites. Menu is in Chinese and English. Very friendly staff. Owner & Chef trained in Shanghainese style.
We had a party of 14 and they handled it with no issues. The food and service was excellent. They also found and secured for us my father-in-law’s wallet that he left at the table which was much appreciated.
The servers were not professional. We ordered the soup but they didn't prepare the bowl & spoon and didn't ask how we think about the dinner. The most important that the food was not taste really good and expensive.
