10-15-2016 9:45 am. Day 4 no running water and hot water heater is broken. Can't even flush my toilet keep getting told they are working on it after I call them. I don't get updates because I am being played. They haven't even sent anyone to look at it. Lucky for me the water heater is in a crawl space under the building because I can only wonder what the water is doing. I am being told to call back on Monday. The only thing I love about fortress is that Erin is a superstar! Always calls back right away and helps in anyway possible. Calling the office is a waist of time. I hardly ever get a call back..but keep Erin!!!! He's the best thing you guys got.. I've been lied too since I got into my new apartment....
I just wanted to thank Aaron my leasing agent for going out of his way and above and beyond for meeting up with me after work on (thanksgiving eve)..to sign paperwork and give me and my family our apt keys. Thanks Aaron.
If I could give Fortress Property Management more than 5 stars, I would. Cammie Allie and her team have managed multiple properties for me for 4+ years. They do a great job balancing owners' and tenants' needs. The responsiveness is second to none and they treat each customer like they are the most important ones. Thanks to Fortress for all of your hard work for us.
Never answer their phones only emails! and can never get ahold of anyone ever. They just charged my account for rent for the SECOND time this month! :|
