Everything they are the worst people to rent from they dont care about anything that goes wrong with the shot hole they have I will be moving never in life will I rent from these slum lords again
Recommendednow that they have done some changes to management things are going much better. things are getting fixed in a timely manner and they have been great at contacting u back... but after being told there were no pest problem and to move in to a cockroach infested place was not good in any means but they have done an excellent job doing what they can to prevent anymore. hoping the new manager will continue to do there very best. as I can see they have done in the last 2 months. so thank you again for fixing the management
Broken washers and dryers in laundry room for weeks. They don't enforce parking at my apartment broken down cars sitting for weeks in spots, people parking company work vans in spaces and driving their own POV on weekends, people having parties and have friends parking in lot. The apartments have 20 units and 20 parking spaces but I can't park in the lot 5 days of the week and have to park on the street. I would recommend fortress pm. I think they changed things up. I met with a guy named Aaron and I felt like he was selling me a house. Very newly remodeled place. I definitely would like to rent from them.
Worst people to rent through ever! So many problems with our apartment including black mold and rodents and even roaches. It took us having to go through a court battle to get anything fixed. They tried evicting us numerous times and even though we never got evicted they still reported it to our records as an eviction so i had to get court documentation to prove to all credit companies there was no eviction. So far my dealings with Fortress, while short, have been nothing short of excellent. I was living in a townhouse complex that was overrun with delinquent repairs and since they took over they have been on-the-spot about taking care of issues - preexisting and new - in a quick and friendly manner. I recently moved out of the complex (for other reasons) and they have been super understanding and accommodating during my move-out process and preexisting conditions that were never addressed.
