Very quick and smooth transaction. My house was sold within 3 weeks even though the house was only opened to public viewing on d3 Saturdays for a few hours. We worked with Forth and his team at both ends. First he helped us sell our home and then he helped us find another home. Forth and his team were with us throughout the selling and buying process. They helped us market our home for top dollar and then when we were looking for our next home they negotiated a great deal. We are very happy with Forth and his entire team and would have no problem using them again!
He sold our house short sale in 2012, after the prior agent had it sitting on the market over a year. Forth made it happen for us and was a pleasure to work with!
