Forth did an outstanding job helping me negotiate and ultimately purchase property. He was very knowledgeable, responsive and never failed in answering my questions or doing the research to get an answer if he didn’t know it. Forth was and continues to support me even three months later when I need help either through information or dropping by and assisting me to hoist an inverter in place. I recommend him to anyone who needs help buying or selling a property.

He was a terrific agent. We used him to buy and sell. He showed us many homes until we found the right home. He is a great negotiator, i will use him the future and would highly recommend using him. We sold a home with multiple offers and got top dollar for the home.

Forth helped me to buy my first home! I wasn't sure when I would be able to purchase and I had no idea what I would be able to afford. He helped me find a lender and get set with my time frame. When the perfect condo popped up, he made sure I could see it right away, and worked really hard to find a way for me to purchase it. The Short sale of our home took about 6 months. As most people understand, a short sale can take an indeterminate amount of time.
