I visited Fort Worth Indian Motorcycle today 10/07/2017. Met Yolanda Retiz who became the New Store Manager on oct 5. Congratulated her on her promotion. Also met with Jason who is in sales and he was very friendly and professional. I'm returning again to this dealership again now that's it's got a new manager and new sales people who treat folks with courtesy and respect. I give this dealership a 5 star rating. I think that the days a brighter for Yolanda and her staff.
Enjoyed the demo day event. The staff is great, no pressure sales. Will definitely be back when it's time to buy a bike.
I'm gonna say the bar has been set pretty high by Indian Motorcycle of New Orleans. Service after sale has been second to none. I'm an owner of a 2015 Cheiftan and an 2013 Sportster love both bikes but HD service can't touch what I've gotten from Indian.
