We can not say enough about how great the staff was. Each and every person we encountered was extremely friendly. Not only the staff, but everyone we encountered in the local stores, restaurants and bars were helpful and friendly. Everyone made us feel welcome. This was our first time to Lake George and we hope to bring our family back here for a summer family vacation. Thank you to each and every staff member who made our stay special.
Loved the location, size of the rooms, fireplace/lakeside, great breakfast. Would have like an easy chair in the room and better options for dinner but ate somewhere else. Love the bar - bar and dining room are beautiful. Will stay again.

The front desk service was exceptional, entire team works fast and with care. We love the view from our room, and we were lucky to have such a nice lady for taking her time and finding the best room. We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel.
Gross gross gross!!! Rude and misrepresented the rooms! It's a motel with snobby staff at best. Not for families!!! �
Matt and I held our wedding ceremony and reception at the Fort William Henry Hotel and Conference Center. Dawn Bennett was our planner, from the hotel, and was ABSOLUTELY a pleasure to work with. She was so friendly, down to earth, and went above and beyond in every way.
