RecommendedWe had a great vacation. The staff at Fort William Henry make you feel very welcome. We had a little hiccup at the beginning but the General Manager Sam really stepped up and resolved the issue right away making our stay wonderful. Marisa at the front desk gave me many restaurant suggestions and things to do with my 20 year old girls and Lorraine at the front desk was just wonderful. Thank you Sam and your great staff. We will be back soon.

For anyone trying to stay at this hotel.Do yourself favor and look elsewhere their pictures are deceiving and their pricing do not reflect the actual conditions of the rooms.For their pricing you can rent elsewhere with much better conditions.Not only was I was told different things but you do not have a manager on duty for 3 days.My credit took care of it since hotel seems fit its okay to scam military members.. I'll make sure any military members do not come to this hotel and the city mayor hears about it too..the room its... read more
Beautiful setting for a late May wedding. The staff at the Fort went above and beyond to make our day and weekend a most memorable occasion. Attention to detail, helpful staff and beautiful grounds.
