I had my wedding here in May 2016 durning Memorial Day weekend and they did an amazing job. Everything came out perfect and got no complaints from our guests. They all enjoyed themselves.
The worst! I booked online, and when I got there they sent me to the added on trailer. Lights didn't work and had less comfort than naked and afraid. I brought my daughter for her birthday, and we were told to walk outside to get to and from the pool. I checked out 15 minutes after I checked in. Horrible. Never again!
Went for the Ice Bar during the Winter Festival. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, the room and lake view were amazing. We ate both days at the hotel's breakfast and dinner buffet and the food was tasty and reasonable. The ice bar was fun, we met a lot of people and had a wonderful time. We're already booked for next year!
Stayed over the summer and loved it. Stayed in the main hotel, which was nice, clean and quiet. In walking distance to mostly everything in town. Can't wait to go back!
