nothing to add - you do a great job
The staff there are wonderful with my 5 year old. She's not scared of the dentist office at all! Everyone is so pleasant and I loved how informative they were at check out when we needed to schedule a filling.

You may want to compare costs on the type of paper towels you use in the bathroom. I spoke to a friend that commented to me that the type you use is the most expensive there is. I realize you run a quality organization, but you may want to compare costs. Its a little thing, but I felt i should mention it to you. Barry Culbertson
