My girls love the staff at FWDG. One of their favorites is Joey!
One front desk person was a little sarcastic. I stated that I lived and she stated " well I can't remember the last time a patient died". I just don't think that statement was needed. Also, I complimented my Dental Hygienist and I hugged her. I requested her for my next visit. The clerk person states that everyone is like her. It was just a little defensive. Andrea, I apologize that my comment offended you. I hadn't meant to be sarcastic, but rather funny. When I said all of our staff does a great job, it was meant to put your mind at ease. While we always try to honor the requests of our patients, because of recent schedule changes, vacations and other unexpected illnesses we can't always be certain which hygienist and/or assistant we are scheduling with you. I wanted you to feel that you were going to get the best treatment possible.
My dental hygienist was very kind and helpful. Dr. Mutton was efficient and straightforward. Overall - a very nice experience!
