So thorough they found a cavity...havent had one in 14 years!
Well, I've seen other dental offices that offer coffee while you wait, but since I only waited for like 2 minutes, that wouldn't do me any good. Dr. Mutton massaged my jaws--that was a great service which led me to wonder: perhaps you could offer chair massages, which I would think would help relax tense patients. Honestly, I cannot think of any improvements you could make...the suggestions above are offered "tongue in cheek," so to speak!! FW Dental is wonderful as is!
Vicky was so great and made my visit so pleasant...I have a lot of tartar and sensitivity and she is so aware of that and so helpful!
