I would give them a no star. My experience with Bob Rohrman Toyota of Lafayette. I bought a used car on Monday February 18, 2019. Three days later on February 22 the engine light comes on, I contact them and the sales Manager, Drew V****, tells me to bring the car in so I do, only to find out they want to charge me to have service department look at it. NEGATIVE STAR RATING. DO NOT TRUST ANY "ROHRMAN" DEALERSHIP. For decades, they have been practicing illegal and unethical business practices. They are out and out liars and thieves when it comes to selling or purchasing a vehicle. They will take possession of your vehicle and not pay you or follow through on their agreement (they prefer short, vague, hand-written "contracts") and then claim they do not know who you are. Horrible service, baught a 2014 ram truck find out my tires are balding and take it to a real dealership they ask me did they do a certified inspection on this before you baught it? I said they said they did and I find out it use to have a lift kit and the tire was rubbing against the support arm,after that Ram dealership said your manifold is shot so I take it in to rohrmans and they say we will get your warranty on that, I said ok,rohrmans said just give us a couple days and no 5-6 weeks no truck and not even an offer to u... read more

So at the tent sale my son bought a used 2008 Chrysler 300 car from you and 3 months later it blew up and there wasn't any warranty on it and now that we have purchased another remand block it also wasn't any good and the rod in the bottom was bad. So we can get another block but have to pay for the labor. Crappy cars

Take care when purchasing a used car from Indy Hyundai. It is with mixed feelings that I write a somewhat sour review from this dealership. Incredibly horrible people to deal with they have a GM in Gurnee Illinois who physically threatened to me I am a female by the way 65 years old I have left several voicemails to upper management in the Rohrman group there's been no response I have handwritten letters to the director of operations no response I have called countless times the Rohrman group corporate no response this all stems from Gurnee Hyundai being paid twice for a repair and not refunding the money it's amazing how these people can be in business with thi... read more

Bob Rohrman is no friend of mine. I bought and paid for the car, had the temporary tag in my hand and then find out that the car was already sold. The only reason for the one star rating is that they were nice enough to drive me home after I was dropped off. They promised a fix and delivered a car of lesser value just trying to poo poo me. What ever. Now, when ever I hear the comercial on the radio all I can do is laugh. "Oh Bob Rohrman is a good friend of mine".... Not cool!

Terrible service at Bob Rohrman ford. Went for an oil change. Drove into the bay nobody greeted me. Finally found someone they told me someone would be within in a few minutes. 15 minutes later still no helped. Pulled out and parked went to the service desk. Told the same thing. Pulled into the bay waited another 15 minutes. Left and went to another service center.

We were looking at cars online and found one at bob rohrman in Lafayette, In. We talked to salesman and was told there were no service engine lights on. So we drove 2 hours to buy the car, when we got there and drove car there indeed was a service engine light on. We were told they would send it in to service department and check it over. We went ahead back home, again 2 hours home and waited. We were called and told that they fixed the problem which was a problem with the turbo.
