I only gave 1 star because I had to. I had been taking my car to the Kia service center in Lafayette IN because I thought I had to in order to keep my warranty good. I finally got fed up the last time after being told I needed a $400 battery and being told I need $1500 of other work on a 2 year old car, that I decided to go elsewhere to get my oil changed. Bob Rohrman Hyundai Genesis is the worst experience I've ever had. We purchased a vehicle, and two months later learn that they sold us the wrong vehicle. They gave us a full loan on a VIN number that they don't even own. For two months, we drove around in an uninsured vehicle because they sold us the wrong car. They said it was certified preowned, and then it needed brakes immediately, so it clearly wasn't certified. Wish I can give 0 stars to the piece of poop dealership. Sold me a car with MULTIPLE issues after taking it to another certified mechanic. Called the location in Schaumburg IL, and they told me nothing is wrong with the car, and to basically bring it in and waste my time and their not going to do anything about it. GUYS LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS, do not come here, I wish I listened.

The Salesman was very quick and slick with all of his wording and made everything sound so nice to me. At the time I didn't think anything of it other than he was happy to be able to make a sale. I noticed a very loud ticking sound and was reassured that it was a common lifter sound in this specific motor. Do not trust them!! The salesperson we worked with was fantastic; however, the person we worked with in the finance department was fraudulent. He told me he had secured a specific finance rate, he changed that on the paperwork to a higher rate and did not say a word to me about the change. When I called to ask for an explanation, I could not get in contact with him or his manager. This is highly unethical and he should be fired immediately. RUN from this dealership.

Do not patronize this dealership! They have terrible customer service, are very rude and disrespectful, and they have caused damage to my vehicle. I wish I could post the voicemail that was left by one of their managers.... since the damage no one will return my phone calls and when asked for a corporate number, they claim to not know it or do not have one. I had to contact the Honda dealership to get any information. Save yourself time, money, and a ton of frustration and go to another Hyundai dealer!!

I will never buy a car from them again. The sales person I worked with an test drove cars with was absolutely phenomenal but when I started to make a deal the guy running the numbers and the manager were horrible to work with. Because I was a young blonde the guy running the numbers clearly thought I would be an easy deal to make and low balled the price of my trade in significantly. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! My Infiniti Q50S was under the factory powertrain warranty and it was a certified used car on top of that. Brought it in because I heard a noise, they tell me I need a new engine?!?! It only had 55,000 miles on it! All services were done on schedule and at Fort Wayne Infiniti. And then tell me that it's not covered because of aftermarket parts. It had a Stillen exhaust which was on the car already when I bought it from them and they certified the car with that exhaust, but then try to blame me. Horrible c... read more

I would not give them even one star,, So, here it goes 02/16/2019 my husband and I went to Bob Rohrman in Lafayette IN. We had 3000.00 to put down on a used car. We found a 2015 Ford Explore for 22.000 after our down payment by math it would have been 19.000.
