terrible management
horrible. i mean horrible manager/landlord. he barely wants to do anything, attempts to fix something, works for 2 to 3 hours but the problem stayed the same. at least they have a good cleaner that keeps the apartments somewhat clean. packages/mail gets stolen. car windows get broken from robbers. a very unsafe environment.

Where do I begin... S- SERVICE: The EPIC service that I as well as the entire community receives from Simmy, is UNMATCHED! Knowing the building updates, knowing my Unit, always professional, warm-hearted, and always lead with the best attitude and heart!
