On our recent trip to Cuba, we had a little over half of our luggage stolen during our layover here. When we got to Cuba and opened our bags, all the food we had brought with us was gone as well as presents and clothes we had brought for our families. From the looks of things, it seems that the locks on our luggage were picked, they took out what they wanted, and closed our luggage and put the locks back to make it look like nothing had happened.They should do better background checks on who they employ here because it seems... read more
Easy to navigate once you understand the layout
this place is old and disgusting. terminal 3 smells like dirty feet, probably the rugs. There are limited to no plugs for computers and there is no air movement making it all worse... I am shocked that the money on the East Coast would allow this place to exist
Staff was very very rude.
