Worst airport every year. Still in the 80’s with technology and a basic meal with a drink is $40 plus dollars!
Worst airport ever. 3 hours on immigration . They just had 2 guys working and the lane was huge . I though this was a first world country but I know 3rd world country’s with better service. It’s awful.
I landed at 6.25 am and got out fast due to Global Entry. 2 hours later my spouse is still waiting to be processed and the airport immigration and customs has collapsed. This is the new norm. Are you handling more flights you can wish for?

Seriously... Delta terminal is awful! Got off the plane last week and could barely get off the plane because the gates were full of people waiting to take off. People on all the chairs. Sitting on the floors. Laying in the floor. Pathetic. Got back for our return today and we are stuck sitting on the floor because there is no place to sit. You know how many people you have coming for these flights. Yet you can’t accommodate them. But then tell me I need to be there 90-120 minutes before my flight to sit on the floor.
had a horrible experience on february 22nd. traveling through FLL internationally back from Cancun. Customs held us ON the plane for 40 minutes due to backups inside. apparently they have a new process with only clearing one flight at a time. everyone one out flight from cancun missed our connections and spent hours trying to get rebooked only to get booted out of line so they could close baggage claim area. only 3 agents managing passport checks - a shame for so many flights arriving at same time. really disappointing and s... read more
This airport has no organization whatsoever. It was incredibly cramped and crowded and not really equipped to handle the amount of foot traffic it has. TSA had some of the worst attitude I’ve encountered in a long time and talked down to us like we were stupid. Really have not enjoyed having to use this airport.
