Fort Knox has been great to work with. I have easy access to my units. Both were clean when I arrived. The climate controlled unit is always nice and cool. Office staff has been good to work with as well. Very happy with my experience
Noah provided amazing customer service both over the phone and in person. I spoke with Laurence a couple of time over a phone, and her customer service was exceptional. The storage units met my expectations. I will rent with Fort Knox again if needed.
