Eric was running early on the day of my appointment window of 4-6pm. So, at 3:30pm he got started. He was more thorough than my last provider and more thorough than many providers that I have worked with. He explained what he was doing to me without compromising his workflow. He answered all of my questions and it was clear to me that he was very knowledgeable. He spent an hour and a half and took apart the condenser enclosure wall and checked all the wiring and used a chemical agent to clean the coils. I had never seen that... read more
