Fort Collins Air's service technician, Jesse, arrived at the appointed time and, after contacting us, immediately began checking out our air conditioning unit, which we had requested. After completing his examination he also checked out our furnace, answering our questions about the furnace as well giving us very helpful tips re: maintaining that unit. We are very pleased with his work.

Very positive experience!! Warranty service on my A/C provided by Jim - excellent. Very nice, comfortable to have in my home, very knowledgeable and got the job done, answered all my questions, provided great customer service. I recommend Fort Collins Heating and Air. I purchased my furnace and A/C from this company, and now I fully understand why they have been in business for 84 years. Thanks!
