Mr. Forrest was very prompt, courteous and professional. After arriving he gave an overview of his purpose and quickly focused on highlighting the features of our home. Additionally, he used comps that were most similar to our home and in close proximity to our home as well. His appraisal was timely and the report was very accurate. My wife and I can gladly say that we recommend without hesitation Mr. Forrest’s company!!
