Formula One Imports provides excellent customer service! I just bought a 2014 Mercedes and had amazing service with no issues! Smooth easy sale and easy paperwork! Denis was very helpful and efficient in his work and communication! I would certainly suggest purchasing a car here and will return when it is time to upgrade! Great cars, Great employees!!!
I think I have purchased approximately 8 vehicles and this was the easiest process for me. Didn't have to go and sit for hours and play games. I let Jarmaca and Justin know what I needed and they made it happen. Called ahead to schedule a time to sign the paperwork and I was in and out. I have better things to do with my time than sit and play dealer games and I did not have this experience with Formula One at all. Will definitely have them locate my next vehicle for me!
Denis answered our text about a Toyota Venza on a Fri. night, we needed to buy a car on Sat, which happened to be New Years Eve! He met us at the car lot on Sat, he had to get the car from the woman's house who was on vacation, and had it detailed. Amazing customer service! Denis was professional, and went above and beyond his duties.The staff showed our 2 small boys around the showroom, to see the Ferrari, Tesla, and Porsche. We received our title and paperwork in a timely manner. Thanks Formula One Imports!
Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Steven, Justin, and Julian made my entire experience hassle free. No pushy salesman, just honest folks. The car was for my wife's birthday and once they found out they gave me a giant red bow to put on top of it! She was floored when she saw it!! You guys are awesome and I will always recommend Formula One Importa in the future!!
Had a great experience at Formula One Imports! Denis Crowther helped me tremendously and made the car buying experience easy. After reviewing their inventory, what I wanted was not there, but Denis was able to get what I wanted in a matter of days, working tirelessly on my behalf. Today I am driving a clean Genesis Coupe thanks to Denis and the Formula One team.

Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was working with Denis and Jeremy. It was a smooth process. Couldn't have met two best people. Also, never known a dealership or salesman go out of there way to make sure safety came first. When I told Denis that I'd have to thumb it from Nebo, which is about a 98 mile trip, he wanted to hear no part of it. He had a vehicle sent to my residence to pick me up and take me to the dealership. Now that's service. By the way the truck ran great.
