Customer service in beginning was great. Due to personal reasons vehicle purchased from here was taken to be traded in elsewhere and when carfax was ran it showed 4 wrecks with structural damage. I pulled carfax they gave us on it and it was not the sane carfax. So the vehicle was sold to us under false documentation. When contacting them about trying to make this right they offered buying the vehicle back from us for less than others was going to give us trade in on it and they were not the ones who screwed us. We drove over 2 hours to see a car at this dealership. The sales manager was so honest it made us feel wanted and appreciated at the dealership. There was an issue with the car and they fixed it without hesitation. We worked with Steven and he was great, he made sure we knew every step of the process. We like to trade cars every 6 months or so, so we have had about 16 vehicles over the past 11 years. Dealing with Steven and Justin was by far the best experience we have ever had!
