Top notch operation. For years I had been dreaming about buying a luxury Sprinter Van when I came across one online at Formula One Imports I was intrigued. I purchased my 2015 Lexus IS 250 AWD F Sport from Formula One Imports yesterday. I started the application process online a couple of days before. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They care deeply about their customers and their satisfaction. They made the entire process easy, convenient, and fast for me. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a high end car. We had our appointment set but ended up arriving an hour early. Despite this, Steven quickly met with us and we went on a test drive within minutes. We already liked the truck based on the many pictures posted on the website. When it came down to discuss numbers, Justin was able to get financing that beat the rate from our lender. Really great customer service allowed us to take our Toyota Tacoma home within a couple of hours after walking in! Best purchasing experience we've ever had!
