Constant problems for years. Terrible and angry treatment . Rent Gouging and they have no clue what they are doing . You will pay for everything and they will not budge on the price. Literally anything goes wrong they will turn a blind eye and get very aggressive and Unprofessional if you ask for any help. Running a business is hard enough, you don’t need to over pay by double to be attacked personally and have to take care of everything inside and out of their own property. Commercial lessors rent at your own risk.
