The owner Barbara is awesome and so helpful!! Excellent selection on wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride dresses and prom dresses!! The prices are so reasonable .. very impressed!!

Update: I am updating my review of Formal Elegance due to the customer service I have received since my poor experience. While getting my dress was a huge hassle and inconvenience, I understand that they were in the process of an ownership change. The new owner has since then sincerely expressed her condolences and promises that their new systems would not allow for an order to be lost as mine was. I appreciate the new owner's concern. For any future orders I have established a system with in our computers to track all inventory also any and all orders. I wanted to thank you for bringing this to may attention. I went to this place after being turned away by another bridal shop looking for a very last minute sweet 16 gown for my daughter with cerebral palsy. I got there around noon and explained to the lady my dilemma. By 2:30pm they had altered the dress to fit my daughter including adding a halter strap and diamond broach that we hadn't asked for.
