My son started looking for tuxedos for his wedding at a reasonable price, so he called first. From that first phone conversation to returning the tuxedos, we were so pleased with the professionalism and care with which our whole group was handled. Barbara Ann really does want things to be right and plans measuring days and pickups to avoid any issues. And the tuxedos were beautiful! Thanks Barbara Ann!

I went out of town to Lynchburg to look for my perfect wedding dress and was told to try Formal Elegance. With much anxiety about the situation I pulled up and went inside. Right away we were greeted with the most welcoming person I've ever met. Barbara made all my stress and worries go away from the very beginning with her caring and compassionate nature.
