Today I was able to get my wedding dress hassle free and with wonderful service at Formal Elegance in Lynchburg! I usually hate shopping but was pleasantly surprised when I found myself laughing and having a great time through the whole process. Thank you so much for everything you did to make me feel comfortable and to help me find the dress I will be showing pictures of to my kids for the rest of my life!

The owner is amazing! She is truly genuine and really cares! The dress quality is amazing and she has all different types of sizes!! For a plus size woman it was truly an amazing experience!
My daughter had a 1:30 appointment to look for a wedding dress today. Due to a change of plans this morning, we called to see if they could take us earlier, "like now." The person on the phone laughed and said she loved it! The warmth and kindness continued through the entire shopping experience. She found the perfect dress. It was a much more pleasant experience than I had expected- I hate shopping and weddings are stressful! Awesome ladies. Thank you!

Formal elegance was my saving grace!! We were looking for bridesmaid dresses an nobody had any. Formal elegance saved the day by having affordable pricing with allot of color selection!! The customers service was excellent. She answered all of my questions, honest and just had relaxed time with lots of laughs! With all the planning being so stressful it was nice this was so enjoyable!!! Pricing was amazing!!! I would recommended them to everybody!!!
