Exceptional workout every time. Instructors, trainers, and therapist are very knowledgeable. The small group atmosphere is extremely important in getting a SAFE and PRODUCTIVE workout.
Great support! Flexible! A wonderful neighborhood resource. So much better than the chain strip mall places. Check out yoga on Sundays too.
