Forest Valley Veterinary Clinic has been our go to veterinary clinic for years. I have always been able to get my pets scheduled when I needed to and find their Saturday hours very convenient. They are very good at sending reminders for when pets are due for certain vaccines and things. I feel welcome when I go to their clinic and that the staff cares.
We have been taking all of our little fur people here for years and years. They have always been kind caring compassionate during the rough times. I can trust them no matter what to give me the right answer. Even when it's not one that I might want to hear. As long as we have fur babies and they need gentle care Forest Valley Veterinary Clinic will be the only place we will ever take them. :-)
I have went to this vet for years and have officially given up trying to go there. I had never had any issues with the staff until this year. The last three times that I have been in, I've been treated very poorly and will not go back. I work in customer service so I do give many opertunities for things to change due to someone possibly having a bad day or something else unrelated occurring.
